Finished Flange with stub. A Staged tube with 30 degree bends that fits inside stub. It can be postioned for height and centering for exact fit then marked and welded.  Best way to get perfect fit. This is how we do it when a exact MB frame isn't available. Easy lap weld for a Car Muffler shop or  the neighbor.
